I would put Hotel Emma up against any hotel out there.  Clearly I’m not alone since the hotel gets ranked as one of the best in the US year after year.  

With credentials like that, the bar’s probably not too shabby either, and believe me, Sternewirth is not.

Ryan Swanson is the barkeep responsible for making sure the Customized Ringtone lives up to the lofty standards of the hotel. Ryan, a rum lover who thinks NYC is the coolest city (me too), has been in San Antonio for about six years after a life as an army brat.  And the cocktail he came up with did not disappoint. 

The Customized Ringtone is basically a strawberry milkshake.  Cream. Strawberries. Vanilla. Add Kinsman Rakia to make it perfect.
