Bohanan’s.
Located on East Houston Street in the heart of downtown San Antonio, Chef Mark Bohanan and his team have been setting the dining and imbibing bar high for more than two decades.
Whether enjoyed at the street-level bar, or the upstairs dining room overlooking the Majestic and bustling holiday strollers below, Bohanan’s Kinsman Brandy Alexander Tour’s Brandy Toast Crunch continues in the tradition of cocktail excellence.
The creative product of San Diego-born barkeep Jordan O’Neill and her manager Patrick Frasier, the Brandy Toast Crunch beautifully mends the affectionally described cinnamon-apple-bitters-infused-“love-cream” with Licor 43 and no less, I repeat, no less than two ounces of Kinsman Rakia for a boozy, yet surprisingly light-drinking dessert cocktail.
Served up, the approachable Brandy Toast Crunch is garnished with a cream drizzle and star anise for a pretty appearance and taste alike.
With three tour stops on Houston Street, make Bohanan’s your starting line, and work your way West to Double Standard and Sojourn.
