Sweet Sanctuary, the Brandy Alexander twist created by Elias Ybarra, will also contribute to that zen feeling. Elias’s version combines the rich, indulgent flavors of heavy cream, Licor 43, and Maraska Nocelino Chocolate Liqueur. It’s smooth, velvety, and just the right amount of sweet. But here’s where Elias takes it to the next level: the cocktail is topped with a whipped cream infused with their Anaqua Wellness Tea Blend, a signature creation using anaqua berries harvested right on the property. The tea blend adds a touch of floral complexity that perfectly complements the creamy sweetness of the drink—making every sip feel like a mini getaway.

For fans of the Tour, you’ll remember that Elias created another delicious take on the Brandy Alexander while at Domingo, so he’s no stranger to elevating the Brandy Alexander. Hailing from Grape Creek, just outside of San Angelo, Elias brought his Texas roots and passion for mixology together to create a memorable experience for anyone who steps up to his bar. He’s a Texas A&M graduate (we can still be friends, I guess) who got his start bartending in college and hasn’t looked back since. If you’re ever lucky enough to chat with him, don’t be surprised if the conversation veers toward vodka martinis (his drink of choice) or his love for the outdoors—especially hiking. But there’s one thing he’s looking forward to most: a future trip to Thailand. We’re guessing that might inspire some travel-themed cocktails in the future!

1.5 oz. Kinsman Rakia
1.5 oz. Heavy Cream
1 oz. Licor 43
1 oz. Maraska Nocelino Chocolate Liqueur
Anaqua Wellness Tea Blend Infused Whipped Topping

Instructions. Combine all ingredients in a tin over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe. Top it off with house-made Anaqua Wellness Tea blend infused whipped cream.

Garnish. Freshly grated dark chocolate and skeleton leaf.
