First up, we have Tour veteran Rachel Rainwater. Hailing from Oklahoma, Rachel is a classic Virgo who brings her knack for control (and a sprinkle of humor) to the cocktail scene. She continues to knock it out of the park with her takes on the Brandy Alexander. And if she’s not crafting a perfect cocktail, you can bet she's either cooling off in a body of water or screaming her heart out on a rollercoaster.

Then there's Sam, the pastry chef who’s basically the Mary Poppins of baked goods. A former elementary school STEM teacher, Sam’s heart has always been in the kitchen, where she started baking for her colleagues and has never looked back. Growing up in Sutherland Springs with her twin, she’s taken that dedication to detail and turned it into sweet creations, and yes, she’s the genius behind the toasted marshmallow that will make your taste buds sing.

Together, they’ve concocted a cocktail that’s not just a drink; it’s an experience in a glass! Say hello to S’more Than a Feeling, a delightful take on the classic Brandy Alexander that features silky soy milk, housemade toasted marshmallow syrup, and a splash of crème de cacao. It’s like a campfire treat you can sip on!

Of course, no great cocktail is complete without its garnish. Enter Sam’s handmade marshmallow, the literal cherry on top of this experience. A nod to her love of making things from scratch, Sam’s marshmallows are perfectly light, fluffy, and just sticky enough to make you remember why marshmallows are an essential part of any good s'more (and cocktail, apparently).

S’more Than A Feeling.

 

1.5 oz. Kinsman Rakia
1/2 oz. Toasted Marshmallow Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao
4 oz. Chocolate Soy Milk

Instructions. Combine all ingredients into an electric kettle. Slowly warm to desired temperature. Pour into an Irish coffee mug.

Garnish. Housemade cinnamon toast marshmallow.
